Music Video Drawn Storyboard

These are the key points in our music video which I drew for our Storyboard. We didn't have to draw every shot but I chose these 8 as I felt they were the most important. The first shot is the opening shot of the band playing, that's important as the whole point of the video is to advertise to band. The second shot is the "fast/slow" shot of the man at work, waiting for the end of the day to come to do his "double life". The third shot is the over the shoulder shot of the man walking home, this signifies a changing in time and nearly the end of his first life. The fourth shot is the shot of the man's tie and shirt coming off by itself, that is a stop motion shot which our group has already practiced and it looks very effective.

The fifth shot is the shot of the "distressed woman" looking out of her window to the man who's now in his double life trying to break into her car. That's a high angle shot of the man looking down over the females shoulder. The sixth shot is a shot of the policeman pulling up in the police car with the lights shining, this shows that the women has rung the police and the man who's now in the house is going to get caught. The seventh shot is the man holding the board which has lyrics from the song in it, this is in the style of a prison mug shot in a police line up. The final shot is our final shots of the music video, it's a split screen shot showing half of the mans face as his normal life and the other half of his face after his transformation into his double life.
